1. Subscription Refunds

- All subscription payments made to RoxoStore are non-refundable.

- We do not offer partial or full refunds for unused time or features within any billing period.


2. Free Trial

- If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.

- Once the trial ends and payment is processed, it is considered final and non-refundable.


3. Cancellations

- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

- Cancellation will stop future billing, but your current plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.


4. Involuntary Cancellations

- RoxoStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of our Terms of Service.

- Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.


5. Technical Issues

- If you face a technical issue with our platform, please contact support at support@roxohost.com.

- Our team will attempt to resolve the issue. Refunds will be considered only if the issue is caused by our system and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.


6. Chargebacks

- Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team is a violation of our policies.

- Any account involved in a chargeback may be suspended or permanently banned.
